Principally based in Tasmania the Lampshade Workshops with Annie were born in 2019 from the love of recycling old and battered shades found in op shops, tip shops and on hard rubbish.

Recycling materials such as fabric, wall paper, shipping charts, old newspaper, seaweed and even doyleys became an obsession.

Fast forward through Covid times when have now hosted over 40 workshops held around Tasmania (Penguin, Evandale, Deloraine, Swansea, Cygnet, Hobart) NSW (Riverina, Central West and Central Coast), Victoria, (Gippsland, Bendigo, Shepparton, Murray region)

We love to do private groups ( 5-9 people) so hit us up for a date and host your own workshop.

We support and stock Australian textile designers who silkscreen, block print, or digitally print their fabrics.
